OptiPV: Solar Forecast, Panel Optimisation & World-Site Verification

Test framework       : JUnit 4.13.2

   What these tests verify:
   The solar physics engine (position, pitch, and azimuth) for both
   hemispheres; the weather data pipeline including cloud cover, wind
   warnings, and generation estimates; optimal panel recommendations
   balanced across real forecast conditions; and graph rendering output.
   All verified against real forecast data for London, Rio de Janeiro,
   Sydney, Tokyo, and Washington D.C.

   These tests reflect what optiPV promises its users: accurate,
   privacy-first, offline solar viability assessment — anywhere in the world.
